RE: Total GreenHorn Newbie

Welcome, antenna should work on the tv in most places (pretty much local stations only) don't forget you either need a digital tv or a converter box so when Feb. 2009 comes around you'll be all set (every things going Digital then).

RE: Question; Average time spent at a dump station

I take as long as it takes. If that Pi$$es some people off oh well! What I meant by this is, I have 3 tanks (two grays & 1 black), as long as it takes to drain them & one quick flush on the black tank & I'm gone (maybe 10 min. max).

RE: Propane Trivia question

Glen41, The range top uses the piezo, the oven you have to light by hand, don't ask me why but that's how it is set up.

RE: crossroads cruiser.

As all have said these are great units. We love ours!! Get all the upgrades(larger fridg, larger hot water tank, extra insulation, ect..) you can afford, IMO they are worth every penny spent on them!

RE: How fast did you travel on interstates

The big reason Check your Rigs tires & see what tires max speed rating is. Usually 60-65mph & people wonder why their tires BLOW OUT!!

RE: Can't decide on Trailer

RE: Plastic Water containers, are they dangerous?

Reminds me of the Tab soda scare from the '60's. IF you were a rat, and IF you drank 50 gallons of Tab each day, you MIGHT get sick. Life's a risk. Have a drink. Ed Same with the old Red Dye they put in for Coloring in food & drinks!! If your that nervous rinse them out with bleach before you use them.

RE: Do I need a dually or SRW for new Chevy 3500 HD Deisel

$200.00 + worth of lumber, a 8'I-Beam, 2-4'chunks angle iron, I can pull that out of my a&^%%s in a heart beat!!!!

RE: "Weight Police"

IMHO Most of the Weight Police here would have you tow a popup with a F350, 3500 & so on! The truck will pull it, but like said bring money for fuel & teach DW how to push your setup up inclines that run a 1/2 mile or longer you will slow to a crawl.

RE: Is my truck too short for towing a 5th Wheel ?????

If it's a Jayco you'll be fine with that Truck. It'll haul it NO problem!
